Dreams to elevate the legacy of a brand that defines our standards of Beauty and Quality today and for years to come, I have managed teams large and small. In March 2015, I was relocated to Shanghai by CHANEL to start the China creative studio, and to oversee all CHANEL visual communication online and offline. Tasked to define directions that catalyzed coordination across departments and countries, I shaped creative strategies and designs in Chinese. With a customer base of 22-25 years old, all projects were digital first starting from social media. During my 3 years in China, CHANEL maintained its No.1 position in social, brand awareness, and brand value in the ultra competitive Chinese market.

A firm believer in memorable customer experience is key to a successful brand, I am currently a Principle of UX design at Macy’s Technology in San Francisco, working cross functionally to create frictionless and human centric experiences connecting Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s stores with digital properties.

Previously, I was the Executive Global Creative Director of NARS Cosmetics. I led the Creative Department on all aspects of NARS image creation from campaigns, digital, ecom, packaging, visual merchandising and store design. With my strong fashion background, I was instrumental in NARS collaborations with Pierre Hardy and Guy Bourdin Estate.

I started my career working for Tom Ford for years starting at Yves Saint Laurent Paris when he was the Creative Director. I learned staying current and sharp with Tom Ford, keeping keen interests in fashion, art, architecture, design, and the digital evolution.

I speak English and Chinese fluently, plus Italian/French with professional proficiency after living in Milan and Paris for 8 years.
